IvySummit是一家全资西方公司，我们拥有受过精英教育的西方员工团队，他们与我们的中文支持团队通力合作。大多数中国公司依靠大量中国员工，而且通常会聘请缺乏工作经验的的年轻毕业生来协助申请。

IvySummit is a Western firm with highly educated staff that collaborates with our Chinese support staff. Most Chinese firms are top-heavy with Chinese staff but often hire the least experienced recent Western graduates to help with editing.

与IvySummit的合作流程
首先，有意向的家庭可以联系安排初次咨询。在与学生和家庭会面并审核相关申请材料（课程、考试成绩和简历/履历）后，IvySummit会决定该学生是否符合我们的合作要求。
在签订合同并提交押金后，我们会开始组织信息收集会议，尽可能收集有关学生的所有背景信息。
每位学生都会配置好几位IvySummit工作人员作为联系人。无论您是申请寄宿学校、大学，还是需要雅思考试准备，我们都会给您配置一名西方招生专家和一名中文为母语的工作人员，他们会在会议后与您保持联系。如果学生在中国，中文工作人员来自中国；如果学生在美国，中文工作人员来自美国。
每一位和您申请相关的人员（IvySummit的高管团队、西方招生专家、中文支持团队、学生和家长）都有权访问为您专门定制的门户网站，其中包括申请时间表、会议安排和文书编辑。
IvySummit does the opposite! We hire successful and experienced Ivy League and graduates with 10+ years of experience working with Chinese students.
How do we get started with IvySummit?
Families will reach out to schedule an initial consultation. After meeting with the student and family and reviewing appropriate application materials (coursework, test scores, and resume/CV), IvySummit will determine if the student is the right fit for our process.
After a contract is signed and the deposit submitted, we start with intensive in-take meetings to gather as much background information about the student as possible.
Each student is assigned several IvySummit members as contact points. Whether you are applying for boarding schools or college or need IELTS preparation, you will be assigned a Western admissions expert and a native Chinese speaker who will keep you updated after meetings. Chinese speakers will be located in China (if the student is in China) or in the US (if the student is based in the US).
Everybody supporting your application (IvySummit’s executive staff, Western admissions expert, Chinese support staff, student, and parent) will have access to an individualized portal where timelines, schedules, and essay edits will be located.
